A day with Papa & Grandma

Daddy had a day trip to Wyoming this week so Liam and I spent the day with Papa Steve and Grandma Doris in Chamberlain while he worked. We sure did fit A LOT of fun into our day.
We started our day with a windy walk around town. Then we headed to "Papa's pool" as Liam calls it, which is the pool at the hotel where my Dad is the maintenance manager. This little man swam non-stop for an hour and a half. He is such a fish! He has mastered his flutter kick, which makes his mama proud!

After nap we went to an old park when my brother and I used to play when we were little. We always thought this yellow slide was the coolest. I loved seeing Liam enjoying it just like we used to!

Then we went to check out a park that we hadn't been to yet. Liam loves to climb any and everything so this rock wall was a hit.

Then we ran and did summersaults all across the soccer fields.

And ran the bases over and over and over...

After dinner we went down to feed the geese. We even got to see some 2 week old puppies that night too. It was a full, fun day for Mr. Liam. He can't wait to get back to Grandma & Papa's again soon!

Easter 2014

I spent the majority of this Easter trying to figure out how it could possibly be Liam's 3rd Easter already?! Seriously, how is that possible? Wasn't he just that beautiful newborn celebrating his 1st Easter with us?
Easter has a little extra meaning and emotion for me since we brought Liam home.
And before Liam, I didn't think it could possibly mean more or be more special than it already was.

We spent the weekend before Easter celebrating early with Gabe and the Masters family.
The boys had a blast this year. They had us re-hide the eggs multiple times so they could keep looking for them.

We spent Easter weekend in Chamberlain with my parents. Liam had a blast with the Leiferman family being there too.

And we got some precious Presley cuddles in too!

Liam decided he LOVES to play with Papa Steve's minnows before he takes them fishing.

And we got to have our first smores of the season!

I forgot my camera when we went to Liam's Great Grandma Marge's house to celebrate with the Dominiacks. I wish I would have gotten a pic of him and his buddy Morgan. They played hard out on Grandma's deck while we were there and shared the cutest hug ever when we had to leave. What a blessing to watch my little man play with my cousin's littles.
God is SO good.
And he gave us the gift of eternity with him through his Son Jesus on the cross.
Easter truly is the best gift EVER!

Liam's New Cousin: Presley Jo

Liam's newest cousin, Presley Jo Dominiack was born exactly 1 week after his 2nd birthday.
She is just gorgeous and has TONS of beautiful hair.
She is a perfect mix of her mama & daddy.
We all fell instantly in love with little PJ.
Also, after Presley was born Liam decided he REALLY loves babies.
And now we have to keep him from reaching into strangers strollers, when he notices one.
Hopefully this excitement sticks around when a new baby enters our home some day.
My sister-in-law was a rock star and was looking amazing instantly after delivery.
And my brother was the proudest new Daddy around...
and who could blame him! Look at this doll.

We love you so much Presley Jo. We are so incredibly thankful you are part of our family.
Love you to the moon!
