Camping with Gabe

In June we did our first camping trip with Gabe and some friends. 

We went down to Yankton and tried out the camping spot we were planning on spending a week at later in July. The boys had a blast playing together and with their friend Allanah all weekend.

Always seeing how much higher he can climb.

A Day on the Farm

At the end of May we got to spend a day at one of Liam's favorite places, Uncle Jim's farm. 

My Uncle Jim is by far one of the most fun and awesome people you will meet.

My brother and I loved every minute we spent with him when we were kids and I just adore watching Liam, knowing he is having just as much fun as we used to.

Liam even went on his first tractor ride while we were there. 

He is anxious to get back there again soon. 

And so are we!

We Love Summer

We were SO very excited when the warm summer days finally showed up. 

We didn't waste anytime getting into our routine of playing outside all day and swimming anytime we could. 

At the end of May we got to spend a weekend with both of our families at our house.

We played in the pool and had a fire pit. 

We just love SUMMER! 

Spring Camping

In May we went on our first camping trip of the year. 

We went to Union Grove, one of our favorite places to camp. 

Even thought it was still chilly, we had a blast. 

And Max and I got to sneak away for a date night for our birthdays!

Liam had a blast looking for pine cones, playing in the park (especially with Uncle Kyle and Tara), and spraying himself in the face with the squirt gun. 

It was a great start to our summer camping season!
