Gabe turns 4!

Towards the end of April we did a mini camping trip right in Parker, to celebrate Gabe's 4th birthday. Even though we were only blocks away from home, the boys had a blast! It is hard to believe these boys are growing up SO fast! We love our nephew to the moon.

Spring Picnic

When it finally started to warm up in April, we were itching to be outside. All the time! So when Daddy left us in Chamberlain, while he went to work in Wyoming for a day; we decided to spend the evening having a picnic and playing at the park. I can never get enough of the river and my beautiful hometown, and Liam has become a river lover too. It makes my heart happy to see him love all the things I loved about the river growing up.

After we got back to Grandma & Papa's house, it was story time before bed. The next night we went for an evening walk to keep us busy until Daddy got back to pick us up and take us home. It was a gorgeous evening. We are always thankful for our time with Grandma & Papa. And the river isn't so bad either!

Sheep Shearing

In April we got to spend time with our besties, shearing sheep at their family's farm. Well, Max actually helped shear the sheep while Liam and I played. We are so thankful for the Decker family in our lives. We can't wait to do it again next year!

Goodbye Tonsils

In April Liam had his tonsils and adenoids removed. Our little buddy had always had huge tonsils, but they had started causing lots of trouble. Snoring, trouble breathing when he slept, choking, and waking up exhausted from restless sleep. It was brutal. The 2 weeks of recovery were rough, but SO worth it. We are thankful for and were so blessed by the wonderful staff at Sanford that were so wonderful with our buddy. And to the nurses who sit with crying kids until their parents can get back to them in recovery, you are amazing. Hugging and showing love to someone else's sobbing, terrified, possibly puking and/or snot covered child. Seriously, know I am covering you all in prayer. You are the best.

Ready to go!
Recovering with Mama.
Headed home. He begged for a cheeseburger and fries.

Checking the "dinosaur" in our throats after we would check his.
It was so strange to see him sleep and not hear him snore for the first time in all of his little life!

Spring/Summer

At the beginning of May we did our first Safe Family hosting, that lasted into the beginning of June. It was a unique and hard experience that stretched and challenged us in many ways. We spent the rest of June just relaxing and regrouping. Summer like usual has been going way too fast! But has also been full of fun memories. I'm hoping to catch up on some of my favorite moments over the next few weeks on here, so prepare to be smothered in Masters family photos and stories!

These are just a couple of my favorite memories from this spring/summer! Many more to come!
